Certificates and Equivalencies Department
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and procedures in the field of issuing certificates and equivalencies, and ensuring their follow-up in accordance with current legal and regulatory frameworks.
Working to preserve and organize archives related to certificates and equivalencies, and ensuring their maintenance to guarantee document safety and ease of access.
Supervising the digitization of certificate and equivalency files, and contributing to the creation and updating of secure digital databases.
Ensuring electronic archiving of documents, in accordance with adopted standards, contributing to improving administrative efficiency, enhancing transparency, and accelerating request processing.
